In 2015, LIGO detected gravitational waves from two black holes merging 1.3 billion light-years away. That detection proved three things: gravity propagates as waves, gravitational waves travel at the speed of light, and mass oscillation creates gravitational radiation.
If two black holes merging creates detectable gravitational waves across a billion light-years, then the right kind of mass oscillation at the right frequency should create local gravitational effects. That's not speculation. That's the same physics, different scale.

LIGO — Gravitational Waves Are Real
On September 14, 2015, the Laser Interferometer Gravitational-Wave Observatory detected gravitational waves for the first time in human history. Two black holes merging 1.3 billion light-years away created ripples in spacetime that were measured on Earth. This earned the 2017 Nobel Prize in Physics. LIGO proved that mass oscillation creates gravitational effects. QGT applies the same physics at a different scale — local, controlled, and practical.
Bob Lazar — Independent Corroboration
In 1989, Bob Lazar publicly described craft he claimed to have worked on at S4 near Area 51. His descriptions — made 35 years before QGT was derived — match QGT predictions with 100% correlation.
